၁။ ပြည်သူ့တော်လှန်ရေးထောက်ပို့တပ် - PRF သည် ခုခံတွန်းလှန်စစ်ကို ဆင်နွှဲလျက်ရှိသော ပြည်သူ့ကာကွယ်ရေးတပ်မတော် (PDF) တပ်ရင်း၊ တပ်ဖွဲ့များအတွက် မရှိမဖြစ် အခြေခံလိုအပ်ချက် ဖြစ်သည့် စားနပ်ရိက္ခာဖူလုံနိုင်ရေးကို လစဥ် တာဝန်ယူဆောင်ရွက်လျက်ရှိသည့် နောက်တန်း ထောက်ပို့ တပ်ဖွဲ့ ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ၂၀၂၅ ခုနှစ်၊ ဒီဇင်ဘာလတွင် ကျရောက်သော ပြည်သူ့တော်လှန်ရေးထောက်ပို့တပ် - PRF ဖွဲ့စည်းတည်ထောင်ခြင်း (၄) နှစ်ပြည့် အခါသမယတွင် တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်လျက်ရှိသော ထောက်ပို့တပ်သားများနှင့်တကွ ထောက်ပို့တပ်သားစည်းရုံးရေးမှူးများ၊ ထောက်ပို့တပ်သား စုဆောင်းရေးမှူးများ နှင့် ဝိုင်းဝန်းခဲ့ကြသည့် ရဲဘော်၊ ရဲဘက်များအားလုံးကို အမျိုးသားညီညွတ်ရေးအစိုးရ၊ ကာကွယ်ရေး ဝန်ကြီးဌာနက မှတ်တမ်းတင် ဂုဏ်ပြုအပ်ပါသည်။ 

၂။ မြန်မာ့နွေဦးတော်လှန်ရေး၏ ခုခံတွန်းလှန်စစ်တွင် စစ်အာဏာရှင်စနစ်ကို အမြစ်ပြတ်ချေမှုန်းရေးအတွက် ရှေ့တန်းမှ အသက်စွန့် တိုက်ပွဲဝင်နေကြသည့် ပြည်သူ့ကာကွယ်ရေးတပ်မတော် (PDF) တပ်ရင်း ၊ တပ်ဖွဲ့များမှ ရဲဘော်များအနေဖြင့် စစ်ရေးတာဝန်များကို စိတ်ဖြောင့်လက်ဖြောင့် ထမ်းဆောင်နိုင်စေရန် အတွက် (၄) နှစ်တာ ကာလအတွင်း စားနပ်ရိက္ခာဖူလုံရေးကို နောက်တန်းမှ စဥ်ဆက်မပြတ် ပံ့ပိုးပေးနေသော ပြည်သူ့တော်လှန်ရေးထောက်ပို့တပ် - PRF ထောက်ပို့တပ်သားများ၏ ဇွဲလုံ့လနှင့် မယိမ်းမယိုင်သည့် ကတိကဝတ်ကို ပြည်သူ့ကာကွယ်ရေးတပ်မတော်၊ ရဲဘော်များနှင့်တကွ ကာကွယ်ရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာနအနေဖြင့် ကျေးဇူးတင်ရှိပါကြောင်း ဖော်ပြအပ်ပါသည်။ သင်တို့၏ မွန်မြတ်သော တာဝန်သည် တော်လှန်ရေး အောင်မြင်ရန်အတွက် အရေးပါသော အခန်းကဏ္ဍတရပ် ဖြစ်ကြောင်းကိုလည်း ထပ်လောင်း အသိပေးလိုပါသည်။ 

၃။ ကာကွယ်ရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာနအနေဖြင့် ပြည်သူ့တော်လှန်ရေးထောက်ပို့တပ် - PRF မှ ရရှိသည့် ဘဏ္ဍာရန်ပုံငွေများကို စနစ်တကျ စီမံခန့်ခွဲလျက်ရှိပြီး မြေပြင်တပ်ရင်း၊ တပ်ဖွဲ့များဆီသို့ စီးဆင်းဖြန့်ဖြူးပေးခြင်းဖြင့် ပြည်သူ့ကာကွယ်ရေးတပ်မတော် - PDF ၏ ကွပ်ကဲမှုစနစ် (Chain of Command) တည် ဆောက်ရာတွင် အဓိက အခန်းကဏ္ဍမှ အထောက်ကူပြုနိုင်ခဲ့ပါသည်။

၄။ ပြည်သူ့တော်လှန်ရေးထောက်ပို့တပ် - PRF စတင်တည်ထောင်ခဲ့ချိန်မှစ၍ (၄) နှစ်တာကာလအတွင်း ဆောင်ရွက်အောင်မြင်ခဲ့သည့် စစ်ရေးအောင်မြင်မှုများသည် ထောက်ပို့တပ်သားများ၏ ထောက်ကူမှုဖြင့် စိုက်ထူနိုင်ခဲ့ခြင်းဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ထောက်ပို့ခြင်းသည် လက်နက်ကိုင်၍ ခုခံတိုက်ခိုက်ခြင်းကဲ့သို့ပင် ပြည်သူ့တော်လှန်ရေး၏ အဓိက အရေးကြီး နည်းနာတခု ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ မပြီးဆုံးသေးသော တော်လှန်ရေးခရီးကြမ်းသည် ပန်းတိုင်ရောက်ရေး ဆက်လက်တိုက်ပွဲဝင်ရန် ရှိနေပါသေးသည်။ ထောက်ပို့၏ မရှိမဖြစ် အရေးပါမှုကို နားလည်သဘောပေါက်သော ပြည်သူတရပ်လုံးအနေဖြင့် ထောက်ပို့ကို တာဝန်တရပ်အဖြစ် မှတ်ယူ၍ တော်လှန်ရေးပန်းတိုင်ရောက်သည်အထိ ထမ်းဆောင်ကြပါရန် အလေးအနက် တိုက်တွန်း နှိုးဆော်အပ်ပါသည်။ 

၅။ အမျိုးသားညီညွတ်ရေးအစိုးရ၊ ကာကွယ်ရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာနအနေဖြင့် ပြည်ထောင်စုအတွင်း နေထိုင်ကြသည့် စုံလင်ကွဲပြားသော လူမျိုးများ၏ သရုပ်လက္ခဏာများကို ကာကွယ်မြှင့်တင်ပေးသည့် ဒီမိုကရေစီရေး၊ အမျိုးသားတန်းတူရေးနှင့် ကိုယ်ပိုင်ပြဌာန်းခွင့် အခွင့်အရေးများ အပြည့်အဝရှိသော ပြည်နယ်များဖြင့် စုဖွဲ့ထားသည့် ဖက်ဒရယ်ဒီမိုကရေစီပြည်ထောင်စု တည်ဆောက်ရန်ဆိုသည့် မျှော်မှန်းချက်၊ စစ်အာဏာသိမ်းမှုကို ဖယ်ရှားပြီး စစ်တပ်၏ နိုင်ငံရေးတွင် ပါဝင်နေခြင်းအား အဆုံးသတ်ရန်ဆိုသည့် တော်လှန်ရေးဉီးတည်ချက်ကို ပြီးမြောက်သည်အထိ ပြည်သူများနှင့်အတူ တစိုက်မတ်မတ်၊ စဥ်ဆက်မပြတ် ဆက်လက်တိုက်ပွဲဝင်သွားမည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း ဤဂုဏ်ပြုသဝဏ်လွှာဖြင့် အခိုင်အမာ ကတိပြုအပ်ပါသည်။

Congratulatory Letter from the Ministry of Defence, National Unity Government, on the 4th Anniversary of the People’s Revolution Supply Family (PRF)

December 18, 2025

1. The People’s Revolution Supply Family (PRF) is a fundraising program  that takes monthly responsibility for ensuring food security—an essential fundamental need—for the units and battalions of the People’s Defence Force (PDF) engaged in the resistance war. On this occasion of the 4th anniversary of the PRF’s founding in December 2025, the Ministry of Defence of the National Unity Government officially honors and records its appreciation for all serving as PRF members, ambassadors, fundraisers, and comrades who have contributed to this mission.
2. The Ministry of Defence and the comrades of the PDF express our profound gratitude for the perseverance and unwavering commitment of PRF members. Over the past four years, your continuous support has allowed our frontline comrades, who risk their lives to uproot the military dictatorship, to focus fully on their military duties. We wish to reaffirm that your noble service plays a vital role in the success of this revolution.
3. The Ministry of Defence systematically manages the funds raised by the PRF and distributes them to ground units. This process plays a primary role in supporting the development of the PDF’s Chain of Command.
4. The military successes achieved during the four years since the PRF’s inception were made possible through the backing of its members. We recognize that rear-line support is as essential a revolutionary method as armed resistance. As our arduous revolutionary journey continues toward its final goal, we earnestly urge the entire public to recognize the indispensable importance of rear-line support and to adopt it as a duty until the revolution prevails.
5. The Ministry of Defence of the National Unity Government solemnly pledges to continue fighting alongside the people until our revolutionary goals are met: to end the military’s involvement in politics, to remove the military junta, and to build a Federal Democratic Union composed of states that enjoy full democracy, national equality, and self-determination while protecting the diverse identities of all ethnic groups within the Union.
