၁။ အမျိုးသားညီညွတ်ရေးအစိုးရ၊ ကာကွယ်ရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ ပြည်သူ့ကာကွယ်ရေးတပ်မတော် (PDF) ရဲဘော် များ အတွက် နောက်တန်းထောက်ပို့တပ်သားအဖြစ် တာဝန်တမ်းဆောင်နိုင်ရန် ကာကွယ်ရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာနက တရားဝင် ဖွဲ့စည်းထားသည့် ပြည်သူ့တော်လှန်ရေး ထောက်ပို့တပ်ဖွဲ့ ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ပြည်သူ့တော်လှန်ရေးထောက်ပို့မိသားစု (PRF) အစီအစဥ်သည် အမျိုးသားညီညွတ်ရေးအစိုးရ၊ ကာကွယ်ရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၏ တခုတည်းသော ဘဏ္ဍာငွေရှာဖွေရေးစီမံချက်လည်း ဖြစ်သည်။
၂။ ခုခံတွန်းလှန်စစ်ကို ဆင်နွှဲနေကြသည့် ပြည်သူ့ကာကွယ်ရေးတပ်မတော် (PDF) ရဲဘော်များအတွက် မရှိမဖြစ် လိုအပ်ချက်ဖြစ်သော စားနပ်ရိက္ခာကို လစဥ်ဖူလုံနိုင်ရေး ရည်မှန်းချက်ဖြင့် မြေပြင်တပ်ရင်း/စစ်ကြောင်းများဆီသို့ တိုက်ရိုက်ပို့ဆောင်ပေးလျက်ရှိသည့် အလွန်အရေးပါသည့် အစီအစဥ်တစ်ခု ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ နောက်တန်း ရိက္ခာဖူလုံမှ ရှေ့တန်းတွင် စိတ်ဖြောင့် လက်ဖြောင့် စစ်တိုက်နိုင်မည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

၅။ ပြည်သူ့တော်လှန်ရေးထောက်ပို့မိသားစု (PRF) အစီအစဥ် စတင်ခဲ့သည့် ၂၀၂၁ ခုနှစ် ဒီဇင်ဘာလမှ ၂၀၂၃ ခုနှစ် ဧပြီလ အထိ၊ (၁၇) လတာ ကာလအတွင်း ခန့်မှန်းအမေရိကန်ဒေါ်လာ (၁၀.၉၃) သန်း ရရှိခဲ့ပြီး ရရှိလာသော ပြည်သူ့ ထောက်ပို့ငွေများကို အမျိုးသားညီညွတ်ရေးအစိုးရ၊ ကာကွယ်ရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ ပြည်သူ့ကာကွယ်ရေး တပ်မတော် (PDF)၏ တပ်ရင်း / စစ်ကြောင်းများ ထောက်ပံ့စရိတ်အဖြစ် ခန့်မှန်းအမေရိကန်ဒေါ်လာ (၉.၀၃) သန်း အသုံးပြုခဲ့ပြီး PRF အစီအစဥ်၏ ထောက်ခံမှုဖြင့် ခန့်မှန်းအမေရိကန်ဒေါ်လာ (၁.၉) သန်းကို ပြည်သူ့ကာကွယ်ရေးအဖွဲ့ (ပ.က.ဖ)များ၊ ဒေသကာကွယ်ရေးအဖွဲ့ (LDFs)များနှင့် စစ်လက်နက်ထုတ်လုပ်ရေးစခန်းများထံသို့ တိုက်ရိုက်ပေးပို့ ခဲ့ပါသည်။

၇။ ယခင်ပြုလုပ်ခဲ့သည့် ပြည်သူ့တော်လှန်ရေးထောက်ပို့မိသားစု (PRF) အစီအစဥ်တွင် ထောက်ပို့မိသားစုဝင် တစ်ဦးက လှူလိုက်သည့် ထောက်ပို့ရန်ပုံငွေများသည် တနိုင်ငံလုံးရှိ ပြည်သူ့ကာကွယ်ရေးတပ်မတော် (PDF) တပ်ရင်း / စစ်ကြောင်းများထံသို့ ဖြန့်ဖြူးခဲ့ပါသည်။
၈။ ယခု ပြည်သူ့တော်လှန်ရေးထောက်ပို့မိသားစု ၂.၀ (PRF 2.0) အစီအစဥ်အသစ်တွင် ထောက်ပို့မိသားစုဝင်များ ထောက်ပို့လိုသော တိုင်းနှင့်ပြည်နယ်များကို ရွေးချယ်ခွင့်ရရှိမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး ထောက်ပို့မိသားစုဝင် ရွေးချယ်ထားသည့် ဒေသများတွင် အခြေစိုက်သည့် ပြည်သူ့ကာကွယ်ရေးတပ်မတော် (PDF) တပ်ရင်း / စစ်ကြောင်းများ (သို့) မဟာမိတ် တော်လှန်ရေးအဖွဲ့အစည်းများထံသို့ ခွဲဝေပေးပို့သွားမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ မည်သည့် တိုင်းနှင့်ပြည်နယ်များသို့ ထောက်ပို့ မိသားစုဝင် ဘယ်နှစ်ဦးက မည်မျှ ထောက်ပံ့ပိုဆောင်ပေးနေသည်ကိုလည်း လစဥ် အသိပေး ကြေညာသွားမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
၉။ ပြည်သူ့တော်လှန်ရေးထောက်ပို့မိသားစု ၂.၀ (PRF 2.0) အစီအစဥ်အသစ်အတွက် ထောက်ပို့တပ်သားကတ် များ ထုတ်ပေးရာတွင်လည်း မည်သည့်ဒေသအတွက် ထောက်ပံ့ပို့ဆောင်နေသည့် တပ်သားဖြစ်ကြောင်းကိုလည်း ကတ်ပြားတွင် တပါတည်း ဖော်ပြပေးသွားမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ထောက်ပို့တပ်သားကတ်တွင် ပါဝင်သည့် QR Code ကို အသုံးပြု ဖတ်ရှူသောအခါတွင် မိမိထောက်ပို့ခဲ့သည့် မှတ်တမ်းကိုလည်း ပြန်လည်ကြည့်ရှုနိုင်မည့် အပြင် လစဥ် မပြတ် ထောက်ပို့ခဲ့သော ထောက်ပို့တပ်သားများကိုလည်း ထူးချွန်သော ထောက်ပို့တပ်သားဆိုင်ရာ အသိအမှတ်ပြု တံဆိပ် များကို ထောက်ပို့တပ်သားကဒ်တွင် ထည့်သွင်းဖော်ပြသွားမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

**Introducing People Revolutions Supply Family (PRF): A New Phase of Support**
In a significant development, the Ministry of Defense of the National Unity Government proudly unveils the People Revolutions Supply Family (PRF), an officially endorsed support force. The PRF program stands as the exclusive fundraising initiative of the Ministry of Defense, playing a pivotal role in sustaining essential resources for the cause.
**Key Highlights of PRF:**
1. PRF constitutes a crucial pillar of assistance sanctioned by the Ministry of Defense. It serves as the primary channel for fundraising within the Ministry.
2. The program is dedicated to directly furnishing ground People's Defense Force (PDF) battalions and columns with vital sustenance. The primary objective is to ensure a consistent supply of essential food provisions, vital to the morale and strength of PDF soldiers engaged in their resolute struggle.
**Introducing People Revolutions Supply Family 2.0 (PRF 2.0):**
3. Since its inception in December 2021 until April 2023, the PRF initiative has successfully amassed an estimated USD 10.93 million, a testament to its 17-month journey. These funds have been judiciously allocated to sustain ground PDF battalions and columns under the prudent administration of the Ministry of Defense. Out of this, approximately USD 9.03 million has been disbursed to uphold and bolster PDF battalions and columns, while approximately USD 1.9 million has been allocated to support People Defense Organizations, Local Defense Forces, and Military Equipment Production Camps.
4. Acknowledging that sustenance is as pivotal as ammunition, weaponry, and medical supplies for the PDF's main forces driving offensives, PRF 2.0 emerges as a new phase of support, strategically aligned with the evolving military landscape
Comparing PRF and PRF 2.0:**
5. In the preceding PRF framework, funds were evenly distributed among PDF battalions and columns spanning the nation.
6. The dawn of PRF 2.0 heralds an innovative approach, enabling patrons to exercise choice by specifying the regions and states they wish to support. Subsequently, the management will allocate funds in accordance with these preferences. Monthly updates will disclose the distribution of supporters' contributions across different regions and states.
7. Notably, PRF 2.0 introduces an enhanced verification system. Support Troops Cards will now feature QR codes, ensuring transparency and convenience. Benefactors can readily verify their card's validity and peruse their support history.
This transformation marks an instrumental stride towards empowering well-wishers to play an even more personalized and impactful role in bolstering the resilient endeavors of the People's Defense Force.
