Food is a fundamental necessity for everyone. Likewise, ensuring food security is essential for the survival of People's Defence Force (PDF) comrades engaged in the resistance war. A reliable food supply at the rear empowers morale and strength for the resolute struggle on the front lines. To address this need, the People's Revolution Supply Family (PRF) was established by the Ministry of Defence , the National Unity Government, serving as a support troop to consistently provide essential food provisions to ground battalions and columns.
Supporters across the globe can connect with fundraisers to provide monthly contributions using the currency most convenient for them and select their preferred state or region to support.
Monthly contributions from PRF members, submitted either through OFP-certified fundraisers or PRF’s official channels, are collected at the end of each month and transferred directly to the Ministry of Defence. The Ministry then manages and allocates the funds to over 360 PDF battalions through its military headquarters.
The Ministry of Defence regularly publishes statements on fund usage, while the official channels of the People's Revolution Supply Family (PRF) release monthly figures detailing the amount collected. The funds collected by the PRF are primarily used for monthly food provision for over 360 PDF battalions. The PRF serves as the principal source of financial backing, covering approximately 85% of the total food requirements. Surplus funds from specific state and regional contributions are also allocated for upgrading weapons, ammunition, and bulletproof vests, as well as covering other production-related costs for units and battalions in the designated regions.
