"The Frontline Will Be Brave Only If the Rear Line is Steady"

The morale and fighting spirit of the People's Defence Force (PDF) comrades —who have been steadfastly committed since the beginning of the armed resistance to fight until the root of the military dictatorship is eradicated—can only be sustained and amplified by the unwavering commitment and support of the entire populace towards the revolution.

As PDF comrades dedicate themselves to the unified effort of seizing and controlling their respective towns during this critical military phase, it is essential that a strong and stable Supply system exists as the backbone of the military effort. This system must consistently assume responsibility for and reinforce the needs of the comrades from the rear line. The frontline can only fight bravely and with full confidence if the rear line remains steady.

Therefore, we urge and invite you to join the People's Revolution Supply Family (PRF), an organized system that regularly supplies the ground battalions and serves as the lifeline for rear-line provisions and strive together until the final victory is achieved.
